Purposes of a Music Video: OK Go - This Too Shall Pass

Reason For Research
From what I have seen from OK Go, they use extremely creative music videos. This music video really fits in with the rest of their videos. It looks as if it's a one shot video, but according to YouTuber Freddie Wong, there are some hidden cuts. This may be a bit of a difficult setup for me to do because if the extreme planning and length of time to create. It's still a very creative setup and worth looking into certain elements such as the one take or the Rube Goldberg machine.

Information

Director: James Frost
Producer
Production Company:
First Aired: March 2 2010 (On YouTube, viewed more than 900,000 times on first day)

Screen Shots

Part of the very intricate setup.

A shot at the end with the band members having paint fired at them triggered by their Rube Goldberg machine.

A shot at the end of the crew who worked on the video.

Not actually a screenshot, but a floor plan of the setup.
