Consumer Behaviour

Consumer behaviour is looking into the psychology of consumers. Consumers have a specific way of thinking, feeling or reason for selecting between alternatives, sometimes this is because of the brand, price, retailer or value for money. Consumers can be influenced easily by media, reputation, recommendations and/or reviews. When a consumers knowledge is limited on a certain topic, they can be easily influenced on their outcome.
