Using Pointless as a case study, I will be looking into the camera setup. The show opens up with a title sequence (also known as a VT) with the theme music. This then proceeds to an opening shot using a crane jib showing the show floor including the audience, this works almost as an establishing shot, which then leads to a shot of the host (Alexander Armstrong) introducing the show with a nice mid shot zooming to a closeup.

Animation Essay
TV and film is illusion. Any motion picture is basically frame by frame animation. The human eye sees it as movement because each frame is being updated quick enough for your brain to not notice it as individual frames. This is why stop frame animation can be viewed as motion rather than pictures. Going a bit off topic, in the days of shooting movies on actual film, which was very expensive, it worked out that 24fps was the lowest amount of frames that could still contain motion without the choppiness. So transferring that to animation, as long as you go above 20fps, you should still get that moving aspect.

Radio Drama Evaluation
Personal Strengths and Weaknesses
I thought this project was really good, because I could use a lot of my technical skills. The radio drama only required recording in a studio and getting sound effects, there was no set or location, time of the day etc. Script writing and the planning of the story was a bit of a downfall for me. Also, at the moment I’m trying to get more into sound, so this was pretty good to work on.

Targets for FMP
- Make the contact page on my production diary work.
- Obtain some yellow cake uranium.
- Check file size on FMP so far.
The contact page on my production diary now works.
I did not manage to obtain some yellow cake uranium, I shall be bringing this target to my next lot of targets.
I did not check the file size of my FMP, last time I checked, it was about 3GB.
