This is an agreement for a music video to the song of Annie's Song. This will be created for the Military Wives Choir (Portsmouth Branch). This music video will be used on behalf of myself to use for assessment purposes and also the use of promotional purposes by the Military Wives Choir.
This production will be shot in a studio or theatre and shot with a lot of camera techniques to add depth. This will be shoot and edited before February 15th.
The number will be shot with two cameras multiple times in the media studio at Fareham College. On February 6th.
As this is a college project for a charitable artist, no funds will be passed between either party. Any items used will either already be owned by myself, acquired for a small price, or from yourselves.
Any equipment will be monitored by myself as not to endanger anyone. I will make it my main priority to make sure everyone is comfortable and safe before proceeding with anything that could possibly put anyone in any danger. Lights will be secured with safety chains, wires will be secured down, floors will be cleared and the room will be lit for any moving around.
If there are any problems throughout the shoot, I will make it clear that you should not hesitate to come to me to sort out the issue. I will be using this music video for educational purposes and possibly for a portfolio. The Military Wives Choir can use the video as they please, including profitable uses.
I will try and make sure refreshments are available, but sometimes this may not be possible. The number will be played multiple times throughout the shoot, but I will make sure there are brakes and no artists are over worked.
I hope I can make this a pleasurable shoot and that the Military Wives Choir get a good music video out of it.

The Brief - Music Video
A brief is almost like a contract. It's used as an agreement either verbally or written. The difference between a brief and a contract is that the brief is more straight to the point. The brief helps the other side of an agreement understand what is expected out of them and expected from yourself.
A brief is quite important to help keep keep track of what each party is expected out of them and what they should expect.
If you don't meet up to the standard of the brief, you void the agreement. It also does not look good for the person who hasn't met up to the brief.
To show that I can meet to the brief, I can show what I'm producing and keep in touch with the artists to let them know what timing is booked and what is ready.
